Principals

STEVE ROGAI

PRESIDENT/CO-FOUNDER

Steve has over 15 years of retail and product development experience and has held roles in television and commercial production, corporate and consumer branding, purchasing and logistics, consumer sales and retail management. Steve's business experience extends to the management of public companies, dealing with SEC reporting procedures, securities law and public company accounting procedures.

In 2009, Steve joined TVGoods, an infomercial startup founded by Kevin Harrington, infomercial pioneer and investor Shark from ABC’s “Shark Tank. Steve founded the Inventors Business Center. The “IBC” was a partnership with Kevin that gave inventors, product owners and branded companies a one-stop shop to market and develop their products using the Direct Response business model.

In 2010, he was appointed CEO of TVGoods, merged the two companies and took the combined entity public through reverse merger in just three short months.  During this time, Steve raised over $2mm to fund operations and led the company to generate tens of millions of dollars in sales.  Steve was also instrumental in acquiring AsSeenOnTV.com, the number one e-commerce market place for As Seen On TV products.  Steve championed the rebranding of the public company that is now named As Seen On TV, Inc. and is traded under the trading symbol ASTV.

During his time at the company Steve managed and grew the Kevin Harrington brand, making Kevin one of the most sought after individuals in the country for whom to bring inventions and business concepts. He secured Kevin and the company media exposure for numerous media outlets such as The View, The Wendy Williams Show, CNN, FOX and dozens of other placements. Coining the phrase, “Ambassador of As Seen On TV” when referring to Harrington, Steve also created and launched Pitch Tank, a nationwide education and training event for inventors. Over three years, Steve led the company through several celebrity product endorsement deals with many notable celebrities such as 50 Cent for a cutting edge headphone product line he helped launch which is still currently being sold on QVC; and television talk show star Montel Williams for the launch of a home heating product that grossed over $20mm dollars in sales. Most recently, in Q1 of 2013 Steve structured and managed the $20mm acquisition of eDiets.com, an online meal delivery service, which utilized direct response television to promote its distinctive meal delivery service. In conjunction with the acquisition, Steve negotiated and structured the multi-million dollar endorsement deal with Ceelo Green of “The Voice” to become the brand ambassador of ediets.com.

During his time at As Seen on TV, Inc., Steve raised over $25mm in investment capital both privately and on Wall Street. With this funding, Steve managed and produced dozens of infomercials and product launches, many of which are still being sold today. TVGoods, Pitch Tank and eDiets are now wholly owned subsidiaries of As Seen On TV, Inc. (ASTV).

ANNE FLYNN

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER/CO-FOUNDER

As an accomplished, innovative DRTV and Consumer Brand Marketing Professional, Anne has a strong track record of launching ground breaking new products, building brands and creating businesses across multiple categories. She has held roles overseeing all of the aspects of product marketing from concept; to strategic planning; direct response campaign management and retail launch.

Anne’s success is spread across a variety of categories and notable iconic products such as the Snuggie® Blanket with Sleeves. She has also led been instrumental in the success of many direct response products. Other notable brands in her experience include The Topsy Turvy® Tomato Garden®; Bendaroos®; Bumpits®; Perfect Brownie®; Perfect Meatloaf®; Aqua Globes®; Debbie Meyer Green Bags™; Strap Perfect®; Eggies®; Swivel Store®; Emery Cat® amongst many other short-form direct response campaigns. She had also launched numerous successful long-form infomercial programing including Montel Williams Seasonaire® Heater; Myles Bader Pest Free Property; Garden Groom®; and Gemagic®.

Anne held roles in brand management for consumer products with extensive experience in the hair, beauty and wellness categories. Anne's extensive background includes senior marketing roles at several large scale branded organizations including Remington Products, where she managed and launched well-known product lines such as the Vortex® Hair dryer that reinvigorated the category and drove the comeback of the Remington brand in hair care after years of decline. Anne also spent many of her early years in marketing with roles in New Product Development and Marketing Management at Conair Corporation where she launched many innovative items in the highly competitive hair care, beauty and wellness categories.

Anne has an MBA from University of Connecticut and a BA in English from Syracuse University. She has a passion for skin care and wellness and is a licensed esthetician graduating from the prestigious Atelier Esthetique enabling her to bring a wealth of knowledge to skin care and beauty products.

JACLYN JULIAN

CONSULTING DIRECTOR OF MERCHANDISING & MARKETING

Jaclyn is a senior associate with 12+ years of Marketing, Branding and Licensing experience and is responsible for providing strategic merchandising consultation, product development, consumer research and strategic brand development plans.

Prior to RLG, Jaclyn worked at Nice-Pak Products Group and was responsible for the management and growth of the Baby/Toddler/Pet division of this global leader of non-woven consumer products. Jaclyn held senior marketing roles at Allstar Products Group, where she successfully led marketing strategies and transitioned numerous direct response items into successful multi-million $ rollouts for major retailers, including Wal-Mart, Target and Bed Bath and Beyond. Earlier in her career at Russ Berrie, Jaclyn developed global plush and gift product ranges and was responsible for product design, cost negotiation, marketing and overall product management. Jaclyn started her career in product development at Toys R Us headquarters, and in only 3 short years, she launched top-selling ranges of private label products and licensed brands such as Scholastic®, Animal Planet®, and The Home Depot®. She was responsible for the management of Fast Lane™ Die-cast and Radio Control, the largest-grossing private label brand - and received the President’s Award for outstanding achievement.

Jaclyn obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University’s 3-Year Business Degree Program and is a graduate of the prestigious Bergen County Academies. In her free time, Jaclyn enjoys sports, gardening and spending time with family. As a Jersey native, she remains an avid NY Giants and NY Yankees fan.
